Many of the yachts available for charter call the British Virgin Islands their home. The captains of these luxurious yachts will create a customized itinerary for their guests that includes lots of flexibility to makes changes on the fly! This itinerary is tailored to your desires and depending on how active or relaxing you want your yacht charter vacation to be.


In anticipation of your exciting vacation-to-be, the captain or crew contacts you to introduce themselves and inquire to what types of activities you like to enjoy - water sports, fishing, snorkeling, diving, beach barbeques, what islands to explore, ports of call to visit as well as and food & drink preferences.

The finalized itinerary is then based on your preferences and may include quiet secluded beaches, visiting island beach bars, dancing the night away to local bands. Snorkeling, water sports and scrumptious Caribbean lunches and dinners on the islands you want to see or the delicious cuisine prepared fresh for you right on your yacht.

SAMPLE ITINERARY

Day 1
You are met by your captain and crew in lovely spots such as Nanny Cay Marina or Village Cay Marina on Tortola around lunch time. Perhaps you'll cruise to Norman island for a delicious meal prepared 'island style'. Then you've off for an afternoon snorkeling around the Caves. Legend has it that that buried private treasure can still be found. The real treasures are the extraordinarily colorful reefs you will discover at The Indians. Afterwards you might like to visit the infamous Willie T’s or have a cocktail or three at Pirates before dinner.

Day 2

Look at what I caught!
Off to Peter Island and have a stay at the luxurious Peter Island Resort for the morning.  You're welcome to stay at the resort to enjoy their amenities and your crew will gladly schedule for you a day at the spa or even make dinner reservations.Perhaps you'd like to anchor in the beautiful blue clear waters of Little Harbor,  a quaint little anchorage where yachts stern tie to rocks, Mediterranean style. The crystal-clear calm waters of Little Harbor allow for water sports, snorkeling or just lounging on floats in the pristine azure-blue water. Or, you can have a lovely beach-side lunch at Deadman’s Beach Bar and Grill.

Day 3
Motor Yacht Charters
The Baths
Make your way out to the glorious boulders and tide pools of The Baths at Virgin Gorda. Dive in to snorkel and/or hiking the tide pools of The Baths. Then its off to sail to the North Sound of Virgin Gorda. You might choose to spend some time with an island tour. You will be led about by an extraordinary local tour guide to locales including the Copper Mine Ruins, Gorda Peak for a stunning panoramic picture and the Little Dix Resort listed as one of top 1000 places to see before you die. The yacht will meet you in North Sound where you will find bars, resorts, restaurants, and spas such as Saba Rock, Leverick Bay, Biras Creek Resort or the Bitter End Yacht Club. North Sound is also a great location for water sports aboard the yacht!

Day 4

Let me in! Let me in!
Pull anchor and now you're off to Anegada, the only coral island in the Virgin Islands. You can walk on endless white sand beaches and tour the salt pond to see pink flamingos on this quiet low-key island. Enjoy snorkeling at Flash of Beauty or Loblolly Bay and stop by for an afternoon cocktail at Cow Wreck beach. Anegada is famous for their grilled lobster dinners available in several beach restaurants located along the anchorage.

Day 5
Broiled or Grilled?
With morning sun as your backdrop we'll go over to Trellis Bay for some shopping at Aragorn Studios that features local artists and you can make a night of music at the Last Resort on Bellamy Cay. Hopefully your yacht broker scheduled you during a full moon so you can enjoy Aragorn’s Full Moon Party with wonderful music, mocko jumbies and iron sculptured fireballs set ablaze in the waters of Trellis Bay.  Of course there are Marina Cay and Scrub Island just around the corner. If you are feeling adventurous maybe you'd like to venture to other resorts and islands.

Day 6

All that sky is so blue...
Your day begins with a splendorous cruise over to Guana Island to lunch and snorkel in an abundance of silver-sides, large tarpon and turtles plus countless colorful reef fish. If you like surfing and a North swell is in, surf boards are available for rental and you'll be able to surf at Josiah’s Bay on Tortola. Then it's off to Cane Garden Bay on Tortola to bask in the sun on the beach, stopping in the local bars and restaurants. Or, if it is seclusion is what you seek, ask your captain to take you to Brewers Bay for a quiet afternoon in a lovely anchorage with views of sun-drenched villas on the surrounding mountains.

Day 7

With a Helicopter on Board
Then its off from Tortola to Jost Van Dyke to enjoy White Bay’s beautiful white sandy beach. Have a leisurely lunch at the Soggy Dollar Bar, home of the world known 'Painkiller' that is guaranteed to cure anything that ails you. While anchored in Great Harbor you can head out for a night of dancing and culinary delights at the famous Foxy’s Restaurant and Bar.

Day 8

I want more time in Paradise!
In the morning its time to head towards Jost Van Dyke and back to Nanny Cay or Village Cay, where you week of adventure began - just in time for your noon departure. You might want to take time for your farewell cocktail in the marina bar or do some last bit of shopping. Day 8 will comes way too soon and you probably won’t be ready to leave this wondrous water paradise.
